For Spectators: All spectators will need to park at either the First Southern Baptist Church or Hobby Lobby. There will be shuttles that will transport those in need from the Hobby Lobby area. Handicap parking will be available off of Fielding Rd between the building and Romain Stadium.

Admission: $10 Adults – $7 Students

8:00 a.m. Door 10 Opens

8:15 Report time for rehearsal

8:30 Rehearsal begins

12:00 Lunch

1:00 Resume rehearsal

2:15 Dismiss rehearsal. (Load equipment, hydrate, food)

3:20 Leave PCHS for Harrison

4:15 Arrive at Harrison (unload equipment, restrooms, snack, uniforms on)

5:25 Transit to Music Warm-Up B

5:32 Begin Music Warm Up

6:02 Transit to Field for Performance

6:15 PERFORMANCE

6:30 Change out of uniforms. Load. Watch other bands as a group. Eat.

8:30 AWARDS

8:45 Score recap at buses.

9:00 Depart for PCHS

10:00 Return to PCHS and unload equipment. EVERYONE HELPS!
